William “Billy” Lerner serves as the President and CEO of iPark, formerly Imperial Parking Systems, New York’s largest family-owned parking garage with over 100 facilities throughout the metropolitan New York area. Having actively worked at a young age in the parking garages his father founded, William learned the true value of strong work ethic.
